The protection of your personal information has always been of the utmost importance to Pardon Services International. Since our inception we have provided our client’s assurances with regards to the confidentiality they shall receive when dealing with us to process their Pardon or Waiver applications. Pardon Services International has always maintained a professional and ethical obligation in keeping your information private.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS NOT AND WILL NEVER BE SOLD TO THIRD PARTIES.

Pardon Services International has created this privacy statement so as to provide our clients with our commitment to their privacy. This statement applies to all our services and explains the way your information will be used. We shall not share or provide this information with others except for those agencies and services that are directly related to the processing of your Pardon or Waiver application.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW IT IS USED

The information we collect is required so as to process a Pardon or a Waiver application and applies to all information submitted to us by telephone or from our web-site. It is as follows:

Name, Address(es), Birth date, Telephone Number, Credit Card Information, Fingerprints that are taken by a Police Service or Authorized Agency, Criminal Record History, Local Police Records Checks, Court Documents related to or explaining convictions, your history of employment

Any of the financial information supplied such as a credit card number and name along with the expiry date is only used by Pardon Services International so as to provide payment of our company’s service fee or additional disbursements related to the application and no others.

As mentioned previously, your personal information is not and will never be sold to third parties and will never be shared with any person or agency unless the agency is the National Parole Board, Police, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service or the Courts. This information must be shared so as to receive the required documents needed to support your application. Our forms are clearly marked and you can control whether or not your information is shared with these agencies by choosing whether or not to complete our forms.

Pardon Services International shall provide the required authorization and consent form needed for your Pardon and/or Waiver application and mail it to you via general delivery mail in a plain envelope. It shall require your signature and must be returned to us. Please note that all correspondence sent through general delivery mail shall be sent using unidentifiable features on envelopes. There will be no company name on them.

Pardon Services International uses return email addresses to answer email that we receive; however, the email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with others for any reason. The personal online information application forms you send us are encrypted.

MAKING CORRECTIONS TO YOUR INFORMATION

You may review your information held by Pardon Services International and make corrections to it. We may ask that you put your request in writing and we will respond to your request within ten business days
